Guidelines for choosing women’s bra size

! Make the measurements in thin clothes or underwear. Wear an unpadded bra that encloses your breasts without squeezing them.

Make two measurements:

  1. Bust circumference
    The measurement should be made at the fullest part of the bust.
  2. Underbust circumference
    Place the measuring tape directly under your bust. It should be tight, but not so tight that it feels uncomfortable.
